What you’ll be doing:
- Manage reception and front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a warm, professional experience for all visitors and staff
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, kitchen upkeep, meeting rooms, and workplace presentation
- Coordinate facilities management activities such as maintenance requests, building services, security access, and workspace changes
- Lead emergency preparedness activities including floor warden duties, evacuation procedures, and safety checks
- Manage vendor relationships, consumables purchasing, and cost‑effective procurement
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and support budget tracking for facilities and events
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with People & Culture
- Provide first‑line IT/AV support for meeting rooms, equipment readiness, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with planning and delivering onsite/offsite events, leadership meetings, and VIP visits
- Act as a workplace ambassador, promoting positive culture, office etiquette, and an excellent employee experience
About you:
- 4+ years’ experience in office management, reception, facilities, or workplace operations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional front‑of‑house skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident managing vendors, budgets, and workplace processes
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and calm under pressure
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with AV/meeting room technology or MS Teams Rooms (desirable)
- Experience in safety coordination or floor warden duties (advantageous)
